I like the list for plastic restricted list..lets use what we have already on the list, and then have it added to the WBO Rules Booklet
I second 10bBistool. I'm not sure about Upper Dragoon though, it really isn't game breaking in any stadium.
Again, I think we should wait until atleast summer, or even August (a whole year of MFB would be out by then), to ban any MFB parts. Its too early to say whats game breaking
I would say Upper Dragoon should be on the list since it is the best plastic upper AR, IMO. Dranzer GT AR can replace it if necessary. Maybe restrict it only if its on an upper combo? Its got some lesser(can be used but isnt the best) use in defense combos.

Then what will we even use for Upper? We can't ban EVERY part that has a use. There just aren't enough good plastic Upper ARs.

I was just stating the fact for people who think we should, simply for that reason. There are few useful upper ARs in plastic. I can understand banning Circle Upper, since there are a LOT of uppers for HMS.
Yeah, I don't think it necessary to ban Upper Dragoon. We're not trying to ban good parts, we're banning parts that heavily imbalance the game. There's more than enough ways to counter an Upper Dragoon-based combo.

Customize Grip Base should be be banned
I think it is way to early to start banning MFB parts.

I think we should keep Bearing Base as a whole since it can only go Right Spin.
Customize base shouldn't be banned, the bearing SG's should be, minus Bearing Stinger's base as a whole. As Giga said, it can only goin right spin, so it wouldn't be gamebreaking. Customize Base has other uses besides housing bearing SG's, such as using Driger F's tip in Dranzer S casings, so we should keep it.
If we allow Bearing Base and no other Bearing SGs, it will be way too overpowered regardless of whether or not it can be shot in left spin.
What would be used in left spin that would allow it to still spin? I can't think of much else that would be used better in left spin than right that the bearing base could counter, and be useful on. I was thinking keep it for wobblers or something.
It would be used for every single Survival combo.
Why would it be used over Master Dranzer BB, it does have a metal tip. Is itsbalance really that bad in comparison? If so, I'll shutup again.

No, we're expanding the choices for Survival combos to multiple metal and plastic sharp tips as opposed to one Bearing Base.
