This forum as a whole tends to have an issue with using the "Report" button instead of just posting a reply. No one needs five separate users in the same thread stating that the thread in question should be moved/locked. One reply is enough to tell the author of the thread their mistake, and if someone wants a thread closed fast, the report button is better than just bumping it up until a mod sees it.

No one can see your warning percent except for you.
You can't get it removed from under your avatar, it's always there, even if you have a 0% warning level.
