HAH, WHEN I WAS 4/5 I BIT A THERMOMETER SO HARD THAT IT BROKE IN MY MOUTH AND STARTED COuGHING UP BROKEN GLASS. STILL DON'T KNOW HOW I SURVIVED THE MERCURY.

Anyway, I wonder when they will make a backpack that you don't wear, carry, or roll.

EDIT:Forgot to read OP. Anyway, Fullmoon, what happened after you drank? Get grounded? What?
so proud of myself i gave up a very bad habbit (:
Blah, finished writing a small essay for a class after waking up about an hour ago.
I hope the warm temperatures keep going,

Believe me when I say today promises to be very aMUSEing.

[horrible]

I just wasted a good half hour. I always do on websites like that.
There was a Volleyballathon at my school on Friday; I'm still sore.
Muse tonight.

I AM SO EXITED!
Oh lovely, the "new post on a new page" bug has returned.

Soooo jealous, ugh.
I thought you had bought tickets to see them at a later show right?

Well I would have if I had not moved to North Carolina. lol

I had planned on going to see them in Detroit with my friends this month, but that was before I decided to move. Unhappy
Muse just kicked the dictionary in the face and told it to change the definition of awesome. This show was absolutely surreal and blew my mind. You haven't heard Muse until you've seen them live, and once you've seen them live you want to go again. Matthew Bellamy pretty much made love to that guitar on stage.

Figured I would post that here as well.

Absolute QFT.

Silversun Pickups wasn't bad either, but Muse's Entrance was amazing. I'd expected Uprising and Resistance to be early on, but for the third song, when they broke into New Born? I lost it. Pure, pure brilliance. Not a bad way to have lost my concert virginity, in my opinion.

Also, Khel...

Supermassive Eyeball Balloons? XD

Edit: Let us not forget Mr. Dominic on the revolving platform? The awesome drum bits during Map of the Problematique? Genius.

Only gripe would be the lack of stuff from Showbiz, but even so, show got a 100/10 rating from me. =D
They played everything they wanted to. I've been to my fare share of concerts, but that was easily my favorite one. The only downside for you asterisk is that your expectations will be high for future shows since this is your first one.
I doubt anything can or will compare, Haha.

No Dan the trumpet man for Cydonia though. Still sounded pretty kickass.
I HATE BOTH OF YOU. >Unhappy

I HATE YOU!!!!!!

i just listened to them for the first time (lol) like 3 weeks ago. the whole album literally blew my mind away. every song on it was amazing
LOL.

I took some pictures at the show, but my cell phone camera blows so they didn't come out well. I really should bring a camera to these things.
oh btw, i meant to say 3 days, not weeks haha
So I just got back from my appointment at the Art Institute of Charlotte.

It went really well. The school was much smaller than I expected, which was actually a plus for me. I'm not a fan of giant schools where you're just a number. Most classes average 15-20 people, so that was really cool.

I love the school, it's really relaxed and friendly, and the amount of help that the Student and Career services offer is honestly stunning.

I ended up filling out an application to the school while we were there, and I'll probably know within the next two weeks whether or not I got accepted. I'm hoping and praying to the sweet heavens that I do, because I really feel like I belong at this school.

Oh, and for those wondering, I'll be going for my Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. They have an accelerated degree program there so I'll graduate in 3 years, rather than the typical 4 for a Bachelor's degree. I'm so pumped, hope I get accepted! Smile
I wish you the best of luck for that Ryan. I really do.
Good luck roan!
Thanks guys. Smile
Probably annoying people with these Muse posts, but I saw a strange increase in the number of Muse Apparel on on campus today. At least 15 were easily spotted. Had conversations with 4 different people I have never met about that concert just walking too and from classes on campus.

Pretty funny.
Good luck Roan! Grin

I applied for sixth form not long ago. I’m not sure if they have that outside of the UK? But anyway, I had my interview last Monday and the Film studies teacher that was interviewing me turned out to be a big nerd and we just talked about Studio Ghibli and how he wanted to drag his Girlfriend to go see Ponyo, yada yada yada. Basically I’ve gotten in as long as I reach my GCSE expected grades. I’ve chosen to do Art and design, Film studies, Media studies, and IT at A level. I’m looking forward to a new school year, I don’t want to get behind on coursework like I have done the past two years. Although it seems fun, I bet it’s going to be effort and I’m the least motivated person ever …
