No they're not they look completly different. What is your evidence for this cause if it's dark cancer and mad cancer having different bottoms then so what? They changed the bottoms.

Yeah so. Mad cancer had fs for the bottom but the later released version of Dark cancer had SF instead. But the hasbro version was exactly the same as the mad cancer but with a different wheel. Does that answer your question.
