Which Bey is better Lightning LDrago or Storm Pegasus?

Even if this is going to close,
L-Drago and Pegasis is pretty even.
Pegasis is better though because it has RF.
Id buy both then give L-Drago RF instead of HF.

^Also because Lightning L Drago gives a better smash attack.
