As you may have noticed, today we have decided to try and make some positive changes around the forums, for the sake of our community.
While these certainly aren't any radical changes, we are aware that with any sort of change it is going to be difficult to make sure that these changes take effect and are carried out.
So having said that, I'm making this topic to put forth the fact that we mean business this time. There have been failed attempts in the past to change the atmosphere of this forum, and we do not want to see that happen again. Given the track record of previous Beyblade forums, we don't have a very bright outlook if we continue to behave here as we have been recently.
Of course, we can't make these changes by ourselves. This is where ALL of you come in. We're asking for your complete cooperation in this endeavor, otherwise this too will be a wasted effort. Obviously we as staff are not perfect either, so there may be times that we slip or mess up. Please don't hesitate to call us out when this happens, because we will not hesitate to remind you of your slip ups either.
The new rules we have put forth are to be followed by everyone, with no exceptions. We are going to do our best to enforce these rules to the best of our ability upon anyone who breaks them, staff member or otherwise. No one is immune to these rules, and we want to stress that.
This is a community wide effort and without the cooperation and support of the lot of you, staff members included, we are not going to get anywhere. I personally appreciate any and all effort put forth by all of you and I think I speak for the rest of the staff when I say they agree.
