WeeWar
Just discovered this game today. It is a turn based multiplayer strategy game that you can play right through your web browser.
All you have to do is set up an account at the website I linked to and you can start playing immedietely. This is how the game works; each player begins with one base of their own and they must expand and conquer the other bases within the map while trying to take down the opponent(s) with various units you can purchase using credits. Credits are added to your inventory at the start of your turn based on how many bases you are currently commandeering.
Each unit has different strengths and weaknesses, which can vary from being strong or weak against different units (ex. Raiders are strong against Troopers and Hovercraft, but weak against Tanks and Heavy Tanks) or being at an advantage or disadvantage on different terrains.
I'm not going to sit here and write a whole guide to this game, so just check out this nice guide written by Po on the WeeWar forums.
It's a lot of fun, and what I like about it is that you are able to set the time allotted from like 5 minutes all the way up to 3 days, which is nice if you don't have time to sit there all day.
By the way, my username is Kei, so if you want to set up a match just ask!
