providing the clear wheel hasn't be modified, I don't see why this wouldn't be considered as legal.
Although why on earth anyone would want to use the Perseus clear wheel, I have no idea.
If it were a case of L Drago being able to fit on to Gravity, that would at least make sense since it'd probably be better for spin stealing.

If you've preordered it, you should receive it. It's discontinued in terms of people not being able to order anymore since HLJ has no more stock.
