In any case, if you want it to be WBO-sanctione, you post your ournament in the event proposals thread.
This section of the forum is about beyblade the hobby.

3 things
1)Your not gonna get people to come to a tournament where you have customer stadiums and your charging them money (Yes the WBO charges money but all the funds are used for the website and not for personal gain)
2)Its not safe to put your phone number on the internet. People such as stalkers can use that phone number find your home address and do other things just with that piece of information. I'm not trying to scare you but you need to be careful with the information you put on the internet
3)Why did you make a second thread for the same topic. Its not like it was a glitch there was a difference of 30 some minutes between the posting of each thread. Also like Momji said you should post this in the WBO proposal forum or you can also post this in the WBO general. Though again like my first point I doubt people will want to play in homemade stadiums
