I guess it is sorta based on iraq but it's still awesome.
still awesome thats true
I saw From Paris With Love last night, and I was pleasantly surprised with it. I wasn't expecting it to be good, but it was really entertaining. I'd recommend it if you're into action flicks with a good dash of humor.
I hear travolta does a pretty awesome job in that movie.

Yeah he definitely "makes" the movie.
At least it wasn't an overgrown Smurfs movie right?

Um... What?
I think he was making some form of reference to Avatar.
The two movies my dad and I watched was Gamer and Surrogates both pretty good movies. Gamer scared me a bit not because it's scary but rather if what happened in the movie becomes real life what spooks me a bit.
Saw Taken. Thought it was a very cool movie but only really contained violence and that's it. The premise is that a former cia agent's daughter is kidnapped on holiday in france and he only has 96 hours to get her back otherwise he'll never find her. Very fast paced, literally no chances to get bored cause the father was beating someone up all the time.
Law abiding citizen i saw like a week ago. and wolfman as well.
Pretty good movies. my friend nearly chucked up his popcorn while he watched Law Abiding Citizen. strangely he didn't when watching Wolfman. XD

Saw Taken over the summer. It was a pretty awesome movie
Wanna see Taken. My uncle came over, and carries many old and new comedies. Ended up watching Rush Hour 1, 2, and 3, and History of the World, Part 1. REALLY funny movies!
I saw "J'ai tué ma mère" (Or I Killed My Mother, in english) It's a french canadian movie that recieved a bunch of prizes...

And I wonder so much why it got prizes, because it's one of the stupidest, most boring, retarded movie I've ever seen. Just another screw in the french canadian's cinematic credibility's coffin.

Luckily, I got to see a decent american movie, right after that. Law Abiding Citizen is pretty good, kinda unrealistic, but still.

lol the phrase is "Just another nail in the coffin" not screw.
Well, screws would work too, wouldn't they? XD

Anyway, got to watch another french canadian movie, today. It's called "Les Sept Jours Du Talion" or The Sven Days Of The Talion, in english. That one was done well, althought I did see some major flaws...
I think the the last movie I watched was This Is It and Avatar 3D was awesome. But there was a rumour that they were going to release Avatar 2?! Also that Avatar took around 8-10 years to make.
‘The lovely bones’. Pretty depressing stuff, although sometimes I enjoy a good depressing film. It almost makes me want to be religious. I’d give it 8/10 tbh. I might get the book sometime …
umm im not really sure what the last couple of movies i watched were i think they were umm some smallville movie although i think it was just a 2 hour special umm lets see what else umm daredevil (i love that movie) electra (that one 2) full metal alchemist: conqueror of shamballa and beyblade: fierce battle
Cop Out it was funnier than I thought it would be.
I just watched Freaky Friday! That movie is so hilarious! XD
The last movie I saw in the movie theaters was Avatar.
It was a GREAT movie!! I really liked the theme...

The last movie I saw on tv was Nancy Drew...It was better than I thought it would be...because I read the whole series...I thought it gonna be horriable...but not really!

I saw it in 3-D too...and also new that it took that long to film...and they are gonna release a Avatar 2!
Last movie I watched on TV was Bean... The best movie for Saturday night comedy!
So, yesterday, I saw "The Box" Great name, right? Basically, it's about an amazingly creepy yet polite guy who comes to your door and says that, if you push a button on some weird black box, he'll give you a million dollars, but that someone, somewhere, will die. It was pretty good, although it was very complicated...

And today, I saw Shutter Island. Really weird movie, but I love those movies where you have to wonder who is right, who is lying or who is just crazy, like Secret Window. So yeah, to me, it was good, but it was really long (Almost as long as Avatar, which is absurdly long) and it is extremely confusing.
I watch Shutter Island to say the least it wasn't that scary but a bit disappointing. I'm not going to spoil for the ones who haven't watched it but it was disappointing.
