This is "WBO Burst Standard Format".
We will be playing the P3C1 set for the first stage and Deck format for the finals These are the points for the following finishes of the following formats:
Pick 3 choose 1 format:
Spin Finish - 1 point
Over Finish - 2 points 
Burst Finish - 2 points
Deck Format:
Spin Finish - 1 point
Over Finish - 2 points
Burst Finish - 2 points
Please read the Burst Standard rulebook prior to confirming your attendance to ensure that you or your child have the appropriate equipment to compete.

Hello. Yes, these events are typically safe and nonviolent. While risk of violence breaking out is out of our control if it were to happen, it remains close to if not 0%. Feel open to bringing your son to play on the 20th 👍.

Yes if u check the rulebook for the burst standard format at the of page it will list all of the banned parts
