kids can do fairly well in ranked tournaments, and ranked tournaments tend to attract more because of beyrank. I'm not saying you have to or anything but it's something to consider.

I get that but for now they’ll be unranked I don’t have much experience as a host so I’ll need a couple more under my belt until then

It's all good myth! There's alot of ranked tournaments so do what you feel most comfortable with.
Also I should say you may need to get your own drinks or food there won’t be any concessions sadly
any idea when end time will be?
The times might be mixed up so let me figure that out first
I have contacted the people to see what timeframe we have and so IT WILL start AT 12:30 sign in will start at 11:50 giving enough time for those to make it
