We are sincerely eagerly waiting for this. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact a Committee member.
I will get some adress on the park
My bad every one it was Folly park
Darkwolfff put me and my bro as a yes my friends cant go. Also why are the prizes no longer there? That was part of my motivation to go. And another thing why do you need to run it by the WBO when you could host as many small time tourneys as you want without the WBO saying carp about it.

Well, obviously we will encourage approved tournaments a lot more, and others might get no advertising allowed after some time ... It is very weird to use an organisation like this to promote tournaments that are not approved by it, do you not agree ?
o i dont want it approved and the prizes are because there is nothing special in my local walmart and frys any more
i thought that you were getting it approved. guess im confused, and even if there isn't blades like l drago at your localstore, you should still get some just as prizes
Hey I will get umm a grip and lanchure
Yeah I kinda agree with ya Kai-V but thing is why would I pay an entry fee to get a tournament approved by a NON PROFIT organisation when I can host all the tournaments I want for free? And another thing why are you needing an entry fee if your not doing anything to help the tournament. (as far as I know so forgive me if Im wrong) DarkWolfff just get like a string launcher and some Beys like Storm Pegasis or Rock Aries and maybe a double pack or two. You could have Rock Aries for 3rd place Storm Pegasis for 2nd and a doubled pack (preferably R Leone and F Bull since it has the most usefull parts in it) with a string launcher for 1st it wouldnt be that hard.

For your information, we do try to help with prizes, but even if we do not, this site costs to stay online, and the Beypoint System was also something else we had to pay. And have you forgotten the Quest for Quetz ? We had to pay for all the prizes. And by playing in an approved tournament, you get both Beypoints and Credits, the latter of which serve for the Quest for Quetz. If we do not charge an entry fee, then this site would have ceased to exist months ago.

So host an unapproved tournament if you want, but advertising will be very low for it.

Did you not see this? /\
1. What is the Quest for Quetz I wasnt here when it started so I have no knowledge of it?
2. I didnt know about the cost for the site and the fact that the BeyPoint system costs money.
3. Im kinda new to the site so theres not really any need to blow up on me.
You seemed to know quite well that we were a non-profit organisation, but perhaps you could have done the research first. There is a Help section, as well as an announcement made on all of this. Your message was not innocent at all, you were almost accusing us of just taking money from people for nothing. I am not certain how you expected me to reply to that.
Honestly I hadnt looked around enough to know if you guys even gave us anything in return for paying you money. And I only knew you were a non-profit organization because you said it yourself earlier which confused me since you had an entry fee. And now that I know more about the entry fee I think its a pretty okay idea.
I just got the impression that there have been a lot of "why would I host a tournament with an entry fee when I can make a free one ??" comments lately from people who have been trying to organise events ... Right when we are trying to encourage more tournaments from at least the United States.
Its just kinda common sense and you cant blame people for being ill informed.
back on topic, i think that abhor's idea as far as prizes go is a good idea you should consider wolfff
Ok guess super bad news I might have to post pone it cause my ride let me down but by tommoro I might have a ride well any ways I will try to get the prizes and like I siad I will post every thing tommoro morning

I dont
I guess Ill have to though.
Well uhh. Now that we got all that cleared up (and discovered that tomorrow's tournament may or may not be going down), just reporting in saying that my troupe can't make it tomorrow. School obligations, etc.

As for prizes, I suppose easily obtainable stuff like Storm Pegs and Beylaunchers/Grips etc would be nice as prizes, but I'd think that harder to find stuff like MFB Baku releases would be better (and more enticing?) as far as prizes go. Although season 2 beys are just "reasonably" harder to find, they just cost more and aren't available anywhere in AZ; so at the moment, they're more valuable. I'm not saying we should combine a tourney sales pot and put it towards buying Grand Ketos or Mercury Anubis via YJA (which would be kinda hard/expensive), but just stuff that people in this thread to my knowledge just don't have yet, such as Ray Unicornos or Galaxy Pegs. The costs would have to come out of someone's pocket though, and I wouldn't be too keen on cash prizes. But this is only as far as WBO unofficial AZ events would go.
So if I don't get a ride would you mind if it was next weeks sAtrday
Wolfff you need to get all the info. Im starting to back out of the tournament. You need to tell me if you have a ride also if you have prizes and even if the tournament is goin down.
