Does anyone know a good place to find an original, dub, or translated version of the X manga for when it comes out? I really want to keep up with it but finding even the normal burst manga was hard

It's published in CoroCoro. There is a digital version and physical version of the magazine which releases on the 15th of every month in Japan. If you do not live in Japan, Amazon can ship the physical version internationally.

As for translated versions, whether or not that will happen is completely up to manga publishing companies in your country. But if it were to happen it will be quite some time from now.
