World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

Well it seems there is another stadium coming out from Hasbro other than Thunder Whip and I was wondering if anyone knew about this and if it is available anywhere in the world? I'd also like to know how it rivals Pegasus Thunder Whip.
