The height difference between the two would be so absurd.
I saw a clip to show both Bel & Pri doing a Wind elemental sync attack move in a tag team tournament, maybe Belfyre B8 might unlocked some of his dormant elemental powers or abilities through the tournament with Pandora?

Pax said Pandora's elemental level increases either because battling Divine Belfyre or the Phantom's Gate is a power spot itself. Maybe Bel and Belfyre have their own elemental abilities that they will discover later? Or, Divine Belfyre's element type is Wind.

Im guessing Hikaru and Hyuga beat Pri and Bel. And then Valt and Ranzo vs Hikaru and Hyuga. I remember the moment Ultimate Valkyrie clashed with Hyperion and Helios, this is probably it.

Their special attack could be called: "Divine Twister" or "Dark Wind Dance". Or better "Rasen Shuriken" and Hyuga's hair got chopped off by that jutsu.

I wouldn't say stronger, but Twister definitely deals w/ attacks better. But Bell can still turn it into a battle of endurance by putting Belial in defense mode.

Twister isn't stronger per say, but definitely deals with attacks better. Also Bell can go into defense mode to make it a battle of endurance.

I think its more based on the typings. Considering Pax himself stated that each Pandora specializes in a different areas of typings. Like lighting is made more for outlasting its opponents (Stamina), Tidal is made for more direct attacks and power (Attack), while Twister is made to take on more direct attacks and endurance (Defense). So i don't think its simply because Twister is stronger, its more how does Quadra decide to handle the battle.
