Ultimate takes the clear blades of the original Valkyrie, the wings of Winning Valkyrie, and the rubber in front of the clear blade from Savior Valkyrie. "Ultimate" also has three large rubber blades that increase its attack power. Compared to Savior, Ultimate has better KO attack but worse burst attack, resulting in less self-burst risk. 

Ultimate needs Nexus+S/D to help it KO opponents because it dosent have enough attack power on its own to consistently KO Beyblades

Overall Ultimate is a great addition to a bladers collection

I mean, yes, of course. Will it be as good? No.

Yes, it can. Ultimate worn down to the plastic contact points is actually the best attacker in the format at its peak power, although harder to use than guilty it provides more power. Also, the original draft says ultimate needs nexus+s/d which is actually a hinderance rather than a help. Optimal discs are over and spread’.
