It's possible for Tidal Pandora to appear, but seeing that the rest of the anime Beys from wave 1 are covered in later episodes in April while Twister and Tidal Pandora are both wave 2 releases, I'd say she'd still use Lightning Pandora.
It turns out to be Divine Belfyre & Tidal Pandora after it take down Gambit Dragon in a beybattle, here are some images of Tidal Pandora Epic P8 bursting Belfyre B8 in the stadium:

The Japanese title has been added. The Japanese to English translation is "Roaring! Dragon vs. Pandora!!".

Another chillaxed episode with the focus mostly on Pri. Her and Hannah continue bonding with each other with Pri seemingly getting more comfortable with Hannah, it's almost like a little sis big sis relationship between them. Apart from that, Bell and Ranzo were more of a comedy duo this ep than anything, getting thrown out of Pri's guest room with Hannah's help.
A big reveal is that Quadra's mask apparently lets her tap into more of her elemental energy which will be interesting to see how that plays out as the season progresses.
The battle was good but nothing too spectacular, Dante sweep Pri 3 to 0 and she was pretty devastated about it. And then there's Bell whom is still preparing for his victory against Pri so I'm curious to see who'll win the next time they face off. Sadly Dante also leaves Phantom's gate at the end of this episode while everyone was asleep but Bell was up to see Dante off and the send off between them was lighthearted and sweet, glad to see Bell and Dante became friends(.... maybe Bell wouldn't call Dante a "friend" lol, but at least he sees Dante as a strong respectable blader). The fact that Dante burst and beat Bell, Ranzo(twice) and Pri(twice) during his stay shows just how powerful he still is, and a nice represention of how a legendary blader should be presented. I will say I disliked the last battle royale being done off screen... I'll just assume Dante won that one.
All in all I'd give this episode a 8/10, it wasn't action packed or over the top but the character interactions where good as was the battle and Dante's send off.
Episode 5 Thoughts:
This was another nice episode imo. We saw a nice battle between Dante and Quadra and Dante wins. I’ll admit that I feel like later in the season Quadra will go evil just because she been losing a lot lately or a more out of nowhere theory is Rage Pendulum (the second bey in this set with basically the hasbro version of Perfect Divine Belial) going to be Pax’s bey and he gonna get mad because he using Quadra for his own selfish reasons and I guess he starts breaking beys? (I prefer the second option over the first option quite a bit). Nonetheless a pretty good episode hopefully we see Dante in the season again soon. Next up is Ken and I’m hyped!!! I’m enjoying Quadstrike so much more than DB SO FAR. I highlighted so far so I can make it clear that just because the first few episodes of Quadstrike are great doesn’t mean the whole season will be.
Episode 5 thoughts
Overall i like the episode. It had some pretty fun interactions between the characters and some pretty cool battles to go with it. I like Pri’s and Hannah's interactions as it feels unique almost like a younger and older sister vibe, Drum Bell and Ranzo have amazing energy when they interact with each other.
Also speaking of interactions pax gives off Theodore vibes (head of the original snake pit) as he seems to constantly want Pri to be Quadra. To further his own goals. Because he never really seems supportive unless it lines up with the way he wants it. When even Pri’s friends see her all the same. Its also interesting how the mask increases Pri element powers. Maybe elemental powers aren't something any blader can just use and access. Hopefully that doesn't just straight up overpower skills, training and hard work.
Now for the battles all i can say is that it was a Drum sweep. I like how Drum is still portrayed as one of the top bladers and shows how its not going to be easy to go head to head with him. He really shows the power of a Legend In full swing during these last few matches with Dragon, on top of that Drum finally used his armor attachment which shows that he still hasn't shown us everything hes capable of.
So overall it was a pretty good episode.
Drum is getting the respect he deserves.
Great episode. There are teases of Pax having his own motivation (evil vibes). I like how Pri Forsythe gets along with Hannah, Bel and the other Legends. In Episode 4 before, she seems to have joy when having them around as Pax reminded Pri to focus.

If Pax make a trap on Quadra's mask to Pri. I pray Aiger Akabane goes Super Saiyan Z on Pax or Lain Valhalla become Freiza and throw that guy into the space.
