Its the last British Columbia tournament before the 2023 season! Can't wait to see you all there!
REGISTRATION & PARTICIPANT CAP: 8 PLAYERS INVITATIONAL
Participant Cap
While everyone will be welcome to spectate and participate in free play, there will be a participant cap of 8 Players on this tournament. Its our first evening event and the area is a free space area so extra care is necessary for use.
Tournament Style Round-Robin 8 players
In the first stage each player will play every player and those with the best scores will proceed to the stage, single elimination Top 4 to the finals!

Additional Registration Guidelines
Day-Of Check-In Required: All players will be required to check-in with our tournament staff at the library entrance.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive after 06:30pm, you will not be able to enter the tournament (but are welcome to participate in free play).
Have Your WBO Account Open On Your Phone: During check-in, be sure to have your WBO account page open on your phone so we can verify your username quickly.
Signed up and can't make it? Let us know: If you end up not being able to make it to the event, please post here or the Discord to notify the host so we can open up a spot for someone else. Players who sign up on this page and do not show up at the tournament without any notice may be warned in accordance with our Community Rules. Thanks for your understanding!
LOCATION: Port Moody City Hall

Ample parking all around and a 9 minute walk from inlet station. There are lots of places to eat nearby and shopping if you've got errands earlier in the day!

As always, during the tournament while we cannot give you a set time for when your next match will take place, you are welcome to follow along with the tournament bracket on Challonge. Challonge is the management tool we use to run the event.
DECK BOX? BRING IT!
We will be bringing stadiums for this event
Any BeyStadium is fine for free play, but Burst BeyStadium standard types including DB, and Pro-series may be used for the tournament.
