I just bought a TT launcher and I've been looking to participate in a tournament in the future. I only have Hasbro beys(for financial and casual reasons) so I was wondering if it was tournament legal to use the both of them at once?

Yes, you may use TT launchers to launch Hasbro beyblades and vice versa. I wish you the best of luck in your tournament endeavors
