World Beyblade Organization by Fighting Spirits Inc.

I have been wandering about this for a long time, and I haven't found any posts about it so I've decided to ask it myself, can i have a deck like this:
Wyvang Wyvang...
Wyvang Dragooon...
Dragooon Dragooon...
Or this:
Wyvang Balro...
Wyvang Dragooon...
Balro Dragooon...

You cannot repeat Chrome wheels except on the same Synchrom, So having the Wyvang Wyvang would be fine if you didn't use Wyvang on another combo, and if you use a single Wyvang on a combo, none other can have it.
