They hand out Divine Belial-3 Layer Ohasta Ver. as event prize at 2022 July 30th and 31st in Ohasta Cup.
It seems like they hand out at most 400.
Because that event hold 2 days only and participate is 210 people / day.
And to get it you need to win Xhiphoid Xcalibur.

Isn't this kinda pointless as its just Divine which isn't good? Also what's the lock on the core like, is it's extremely tight or super loose?
