What are some good hms and plastic gen beyblades/combos I can make without spending 1000s on limited beys that are hard to get

Plastics you could get a stock Driger V2, or like a Wolborg 4 plus a roller defenser and anything with Ten Heavy (Metal Driger being generally the best option) for Roller Defenser AR, Ten Heavy and the rest Wolborg 4. Generally I recommend grabbing a Driger V2, Metal Driger, Driger S and Wolborg 4 as a decent starting point, with Seaborg, Dragoon V2, any of the big attack ARs and a Wide Defense weight disk to round out your options.

For HMS, stock Death Gargoyle MS is probably the most affordable option, there's a Three Kingdoms version on AliExpress that usually isn't horribly expensive. That's probably the best way to go. Wolborg MS is great stock but tends to go for a bit much.
