Is The Ultimate Blade a viable part in the meta? in right attack or does it have a meta use at all?

It's decent, but Savior is better.

Ultimate has good offense power/K.O. potential when used with Xtreme' driver. If you have Nexus+S disk in fixed mode, it optimizes its offense power but not at the level of Guilty's raw power. In other words, its still a great layer to have if you don't want a self-destructive Savior blade. I think a brand new Ultimate has better offense power.

Yes

I personally think Ultimate is more viable than savior because when you put it with Nexus+S it can match it but with better burst resistance

I’ve heard that opinion alot and I honestly have 0 experience with right spin attack for standard since I don’t have ultimate, dangerous sucks, my metal xtreme is basically a ball tip now, and my savior is not awakening. I was lucky enough to get quick’ from the WBBA lord achilles paradox quick’ and now I use guilty as my main attacker. 
But anyways, for me guilty nexus+s quick’ scrapes to much and karma is just too light to pack a punch. Nexus is meh. Something like legacy which has the ideal shape and is still 31g would make sense if you are using giga. So I’d say just use giga, if not giga then legacy. And if really comes down to not legacy, the nexus. Nexus+s is better I think on LAD drivers which need stability, but I guess if nexus+s works for you then it works for you. It definitely doesn’t work for me though.

It works for me I tried Ultimate Valkyrie2 Nexus+S Quick’-9 it KOd Dynamite+F and Vanish pretty consistently

I totally agree with this. Everytime I've put nexus+s on either guilty or ultimate I hit scrape city and end up taking it off as quick as I can. Giga is a way better option.

You do need to adjust your launch with nx+s. If you're scraping it's a matter of changing your angle slightly. With guilty I initially said don't bother but I've since found it has use even there to make it heavy enough to knock the wind out of vanish.

With nx+s, and perseus, ultimate is capable of hitting harder than any savior combo is able to, even if it used the same parts. Giga and Over don't quite have the weight, which I think is why people find it worse than or equal to savior. I would probably take savior giga over ultimate giga.

It’s,not just the launch angle though, it’s the fact that nexus+s also has other uses like on mobius. Giga is definitely not outclassed but for any stamina combo I’d be using over and/or tapered. With over and tapered or over and nexus+s, giga is a good third option for me.

Giga is optimal for Drift, where Ov and Tp scrape... Also personally speaking, I'm not going to hamper my 2 attack combos to play a slightly better stamina one? Also, Nx+S only sees limited use for Stamina - on Mobius, and that's about it... Tp is pretty bleh IMO, it's just Over but worse.
