As cool as this sounds just a little friendly tip that you're going to have to be very careful with this Plot since the WBO is very strict on Violence so I recommend not making it too intense and try not using Bad Words in this as the WBO is strict on these types of things.
Overall I'm pretty excited for this New Fanfic and the Plot sounds very Interesting. Let me know when you post the First Chapter so I can check it out and give my thoughts on it. If you need some Advice or Reviews I'll try being open if you let me know.

Chapter 1, Starting Strong
Narrator's POV: Okabe is a young man, 14 years of age, who recently had his village invaded by criminals. Nobody got hurt, but Okabe's workshop was ravaged in the process. He tried to salvage as many parts as he could, and fortunately succeeded in finding his partner, High Owl.
Normal POV: "Ugh, not again. Those criminals keep raiding all the villages with no actual security. I wish I could give them a piece of my mind!" said Okabe while flailing around in anger. (in an annoyed tone) "You know we can't do anything about it. Their beys are too powerful to contend with, I mean all we have are Cho-Z beys!" replied Noel. "Raul may be gone, but Taiga isn't, that's why today I'm gonna pack my bags and find him! He can help evolve my bey!" cried Okabe. "It doesn't look very much like your bey is ready for evolution, we'd have to train." replied Noel. "You're right Noel, and that means you'll have to battle me!" replied Okabe. "Oh alright..." replied Noel.
Later at the makeshift stadium.
(In unison) "3, 2, 1! Go... shoot!"
"Come on Owl, rip it to pieces with Silent Strike!" cried Okabe. "Hehe, Return To Sender!" replied Noel. *Owl attacks Nix, only for it to be thrown into the sky*
*Owl's Aura flares up* "That's just what I needed, burst it with Open Swoop!" said Okabe. *Nix's Aura flares up* "Your attacks are in vain, tank the hit with Draco Shield, then fire it off into the horizon with Breaking Bash!" cried Noel. *Owl dive-bombs Nix, breaking through it's shield and bursting it.* "I've still got it." said Okabe. "Shouldn't we volunteer to help fix up the Village?" replied Noel. "Yeah... but who's that?" questioned Okabe.
Narrator's POV: There, in the background, was a dark blue haired boy who looked to be around 16 years of age.
Chapter 2, Someone's broken into the Valt!
Normal POV: "H-hey, that looks a lot like Valt!" said Okabe. "He's injured!" cried Noel while rushing towards Valt. "Agh... Where am I?" asked Valt. "My question is, how are you still alive?!" replied Okabe. (Noel elbows him) "Try sugarcoating!" said Noel. "No no, it's fine." replied Valt in a coarse voice. "Wait a minute... If Valt's still alive, then maybe we can finally decode the mysteries of the attack! And maybe more Legendary Bladers might be alive too!" cried Okabe. "Yeah great thinking! Valt, did anything of interest happen when you were attacked?" replied Noel. "I don't remember..." replied Valt.

Normal POV: "This is extremely disappointing." said Okabe. "Just be patient dude, I have a feeling it'll work out very well." replied Noel. Narrator's POV: Noel had gathered all of Okabe's magazines of Valt and old Valkyrie parts to try and jumpstart Valt's memory. Okabe was... somewhere. "Hmm, I recognize some of this stuff..." said Valt. "Which stuff!?" replied Okabe. "This grain of dust." said Valt. "Nah, I'm just kidding with ya. I recognize a few of these layers." "Interesting... Now lets battle, Valt!" said Okabe. "Let him heal his injuries!" replied Noel. "Noel's right. I need to rest for a bit." replied Valt. "Alright..." replied Okabe.
Here are the combos for the current beyblades. Also when they evolve they won't become Gatinka beys, they'll evolve into the new system I have in mind.

Chapter 4, Encounter!
"Where could he be..?" said Noel. "Taiga apparently moved from where Valt last met him. He's trying to find the people who attacked the building that day." replied Okabe.
"Well pack your stuff. We're leaving town later." replied Noel. "Ok, just let me battle Valt once before we leave." said Okabe. "Alright, go find him." replied Noel.
(After Okabe leaves.) "Hey, mind if I take a look at your bey?" said ??? (Noel dashes back) "Who are you?" said Noel. "I'm here to steal everything left of this town." replied ??? "Hey there Mr. here to steal everything left of this town." replied Noel. "Grr... Is that a challenge?" (??? takes out his beyblade) "My name is Markus and this is Zodiac Miniboros!" said Markus. "You wanna battle? Alright then, winner takes all." replied Noel. "Best of 3." added Markus.
(Cut to Okabe) "Valt? Where are you?" said Okabe. (Valt pulls Okabe into a shed) "No time to talk, there are two goons out there trying to steal our beyblades." said Valt. "Let's challenge them to a battle!" said Okabe. "Great idea!" replied Valt.
(Cut back to Noel and Markus) "3, 2, 1, go... Shoot!" (Nix and Miniboros land into the stadium with Nix going straight to the center and Miniboros speeding around) "Alright, use Battering Ram!" said Markus. "Not on my watch, use Luminous Aerial!" replied Noel. (Miniboros hits Nix into the air with Nix coming back down on Miniboros, throwing it out of the ring.) "That was just luck!" said Markus in a tense voice. "Whatever you say." replied Noel. "3, 2, 1, go... Shoot!" (Miniboros crashes into Nix, weakening it. Both beys awaken after that) "This'll be the final round! Use Luminous Spectrum!" said Noel. "No, no, no! Rip it to pieces with Zodiac Slam!" replied Markus. (Nix barrages Miniboros with many colorful attacks that siphon it's spin, but Miniboros retaliates and throws it far into the sky. Right before Nix touches the ground, Miniboros bursts.) "Heh. 3 to none. Stocked ya!" exclaimed Noel. (Markus breaks into tears) "I thought I'd finally be useful, but I lost again!" cried Markus. "Woah woah woah, I won't take your bey. You can actually join us! I mean the other two are battling eachother but I know they'll welcome you easily!" replied Noel. "Thanks." replied Markus.
(Right Spin) Zodiac Miniboros, 12, Quake'.

Chapter 5, Dynamic Duo! Vike Hyrus and Laser Diomedes!
"Where are you Valt..?" said ???
"Yeah. If the one and only Valt is hiding around, then this town probably has nothing useful to steal. Haha!" replied ???
(Okabe and Valt jump out from behind a bush)
"Hey! We're busy cleaning out this sad excuse of a town!" said ???
"I second that." replied ???
"This is a waste of time, how about we settle this with a battle?" said Okabe.
"I also second that!" replied Markus
"Markus?! What are you doing with the locals?!" said ???
"Deshawn, they're really good people! I for one actually want to join them." replied Markus.
"If Markus is joining them, then I will too!" said Hector.
"Sorry about earlier. We just needed the supplies." said Deshawn.
"It's all good. How about a 3 on 3?" said Okabe.
"Let's do it!" replied Hector.
"3, 2, 1, go... Shoot!"
(All 6 beys land in the stadium with Diomedes, Miniboros, Owl, and Valkyrie spin on the outside while Nix and Hyrus battle it out for the center.)
"Diomedes! Chase Owl down and slice it in half with Sword Point!" said Deshawn.
"Hit it with Brute Force Miniboros!" said Markus.
"Owl, use Dactyl Axe!" said Okabe.
(All 3 beyblades hit eachother and create a shockwave that sends Diomedes flying, both Miniboros and Owl burst)
"Now uh... Valkyrie! Use erm... Epic V slash..?" said Valt.
"Use Sound Wave Hyrus!" said Hector.
"Tank it with Wing Protection!" replied Noel.
(Valkyrie takes itself out and Nix takes a Sound Wave)
"Not on my watch! Diomedes, use Crushing Edge!" said Deshawn.
"Hyrus! Use Battle Horn!" said Hector.
"Now, use Luminous Spectrum!" said Noel.
(All 3 beyblades awaken and Hyrus blows Nix into a wall and bursts it, but Diomedes come crashing down on Hyrus at high speeds and bursts it.)
"OH COME ON MARKUS YOU REALLY HAD TO TAKE US BOTH OUT AT ONCE!" said Okabe.
"Hehe, chill!" replied Markus.

"Don't be such a buzzkill, I can learn on the way!" replied Hector.
"That is a horrible idea." replied Noel.
"What could go wrong, huh?" questioned Hector.
"EVERYTHING..." replied Deshawn.
(Later...)
"ZzzZzzzZZzzzzz"
"They already fell asleep. Man, this is gonna take a WHILE." said Hector.
"Hey... I'm not asleep, I'll burst you with my Bey, Super Ultra Owlll..." replied Okabe in a drowsy manner.
"Yeah yeah whatever. Wait, did you say you'll burst ME?!" questioned Hector.
"..."
"Fair enough, I guess..." said Hector.
(Valt perks up) "IS THAT A PERSON ON THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD?!" screamed Valt.
(Everyone else wakes up) "WHERE?" replied Noel.
"Right-"
Narrator's POV: But it was too late, they had swerved into a tree and the pickup was wrecked.
"Aghh, My head hurts..." said Okabe.
"My everywhere hurts!" replied Markus.
"Oh my, are you okay?!" said ???
"Yeah! I am! Not sure about them though." said Noel as she pointed towards the boys, all sprawled out over the ground.
(??? helps Okabe up) "Thanks, Mr. uh..?" said Okabe.
"Hey! I'm not a Mr! The name's Naru by the way." exclaimed Naru.
"Sorry!" apologized Okabe.
"Hey, I've heard about her! She's THE Naru Akabane." said Noel.
"Please clarify?" questioned Okabe.
"Just THE youngest blader to win a championship!" boasted Noel.
"Well, if you're really that good, lets battle!" challenged Okabe.
"Sure! Here's my bey: Cho-Z Polydora." said Naru.
"Alright! Thankfully we brang a stadium in the pickup."
(At the stadium)
"3, 2, 1, go... SHOOT!"
(Breseis went for the center but Owl fended it off with a few attacks)
"You'll soon see the power of Cho-Z Polydora, use Cho-Z
Shot!" said Naru.
"Use Open Swoop to dodge it!" said Okabe.
(Owl tries to dodge the blast of energy Polydora sends out, but it follows Owl around and easily bursts it)
"What the?!" said Okabe.
"You did pretty well, I mean that's the longest anyone's lasted against a Z Shot." replied Naru.

Anyways, if you wanna know why I chose the name Polydora over anything that starts with an N, it's because I looked up "who achills sizter (2022)" and found out Polydora apparently is in mythology.

No chapter today, but I will explain the Beyblades and Characters.
First up, Okabe.
Appearance: Brown hair, Black eyes, and fair skin. His hairstyle is similar to Gary's from Pokemon. He sports a Hazel sweater, big jeans, and white velcro shoes.
Beyblade Appearance: A square shaped beyblade with metal talons coming out on one edge and rubber talons coming out on another. The whole beyblade is brown but the metal and rubber are blue and red respectively.
Bio: A headstrong blader but also a respectful one. He always puts the safety of his bey and his opponent above the win.
Next, Noel.
Appearance: Grey-ish blue hair, Yellow eyes, and lighter skin. She has two pigtails and a few bangs. She wears a White shirt with two Black sleeves and a Black skirt with blue shoes and long socks.
Beyblade Appearance: A purple-ish blue circular beyblade with free spinng fairy wings on all sides. The wings are Black and White.
Bio: A level headed blader who's always bored for some reason. She'd definitely enjoy some girl time.

Hector's first.
Height: 5"2
Age: 12
Appearance: Black hair, Blue eyes, and fair skin. He has a hairstyle similar to Akira's from S1 of beyblade. He wears a Blue vest, Black pants, and he always wears Blue rollerskates.
Beyblade Appearance: A rounder but still recoil friendly shape compared to it's older version, Hyrus H2. The little rock areas are now hollow POM plastic, making it ideal for shock absorbing. It has the same color scheme as Hyrus H2
Bio: A carefree blader who never lets the rules bind him to a specific lifestyle. Everything he does is off the charts, so much so his two brothers always have to keep him in check. All in all though, he's a lovable little gremlin. He's VERY agile and can slip by you anytime without anyone noticing.
Lets not forget Deshawn.
Height: 6"3
Age: 14
Appearance: A Black mohawk with apricot highlights, Green eyes, bushy eyebrows, and fair skin. He wears an outfit simillar to Xander's, as he is his idol. Only exception is that Deshawn wears more Green instead of Red.
Beyblade Appearance: The inner layer part looks like a triangle lined with metal and aggressive rubber rocks, but in the gaps of the triangle, it has Purple swords sticking out.
Bio: An organized but easily ticked off blader, even his brothers are intimidated by him. However he's trustworthy and when he's not mad he can be a real gentleman. He's also pretty jacked for his age.
Last and probably the least, Markus!
Height: 5"9
Age: 14
Appearance: Black hair, Dark brown eyes, and fair skin. He has an average anime boy hairstyle, with the line in the middle and you have two waves of hair coming out? He wears an unzipped Dark brown jacket with a black shirt under it. He also has a loose belt, Jeans, and boots.
Beyblade Appearance: Just think of the normal Miniboros except the Minotaur engraved onto the center is a bit larger and is made of complete metal. The horns coming out are also metal and have an increased size. They have rubber on almost every edge of the beyblade.
Bio: A somewhat depressed blader, his mother rejected him for being so talentless compared to his brothers. Unbeknownst to everyone however, Markus boasts an incredible IQ of 190! Soon enough you guys will see him leading any missions the group does.
Also, here's a Bonus.
Height: 5"5
Age: 13
Appearance: Cyan hair, Cyan eyes, and lighter skin. She has the same hairstyle as she did in Chozetsu along with the same beanie. However she wears one of those ankle reaching white dresses with blue highlights now. She has Cyan socks and sneakers.
Beyblade Appearance: This is a Cyan version of Cho-Z Achilles, except it's more rounder and focuses more on defense and stamina, than stamina and attack. The knight on the middle is replaced with the face of an Oceanid resembling Polydora. It keeps the burst blockers.
If you guys are confused about the Koguo family history (Markus' family) there'll be an arc about it soon enough.
Chapter 7: The legendary Taiga Akabane!
"So erm, now where do we go?" said Noel.
"You mean how do we go, right?" replied Hector.
"Easy. My dad developed a cool technology that works with launchers. Watch and see." replied Naru.
"3, 2, 1, go... Shoot!"
(Noel shot out a capsule from her Capsule Launcher and it exploded into a few bikes)
(Markus' eyes become stars)
"WOAH! DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE SHE HAD SUCH A COOL LAUNCHER?!" exclaimed Markus.
"It's fueled by the bond between Blader and Bey, I'm sure Valt would have a great time with one of these." replied Naru.
"Why are there bikes?" questioned Deshawn.
"It's because the base is very close to where we are, and you guys can't really legally drive a car." replied Naru.
"Good point, but there's not many cops out here." replied Okabe.
(Cut to them reaching the base.)
"Wow! This place is awesome!" said Okabe.
"Sure it is, but just wait until we find the LAST part." replied Naru.
(Later)
"Naru! You made it!" said Taiga as he picked her up.
"It's him!" exclaimed Okabe.
(Okabe runs past Taiga and goes to Aiga, laying unconscious on a hospital bed)
"Yeah. He's been on there for a month now, he's still alive but in somewhat of a coma." said Taiga.
"I feel like I remember him..." said Valt.
"Wait, VALT? Everyone thought you were... how do I say this, dead?" replied Taiga.
"Yeah, but something in me managed to somehow give me the energy to walk to the nearest town. I've lost my memory, but more keeps coming back everyday." replied Valt.
"What a relief!" replied Taiga.

I had a similar idea to this and got the same answer about the rules that's why i didn't go through with it, im happy to see that someone did i know its hard to tone down certain ideas once you thought of it. You've inspired me to go back and maybe try again but after I read all chapters that you have out first of course

Chapter 8: The big, beautiful, city.

"Oh, I almost forgot! We have to return Spriggan to the Kurenai household." said Taiga.
"What? You had Cho-Z Spriggan all along?!" exclaimed Markus.
"Not exactly. Aiga came back injured, just like Valt. Except this time he was holding Spriggan for some reason." replied Taiga.
"My theory is that Shu entrusted Spriggan onto Aiga, or he just told him to return it to his family." added Naru.
"Okabe, how about you go?" said Taiga.
"Why me?" replied Okabe.
"You'll blend right in, duh. You look the most average out of everyone here silly!" replied Noel.
"Well that hurt." said Okabe.
"The bus to Gantopia will be here... in about a few hours." said Taiga.
"Alright." replied Okabe.
(A few hours pass)
"The bus, it's here!" exclaims Okabe as he runs past everyone.
"Wait! You might need these." said Noel as she gives Okabe a level chip and a Creation Launcher.
"Where'd you get these?!" questioned Okabe.
"I have my secrets!" replied Noel as she giggled.
"Whatever." replied Okabe.
"And also, I'll miss you." said Noel.
"Yeah yeah, the bus is gonna leave soon!" exclaimed Okabe.
(After the bus stops at Gantopia)
"Hey, kid! Wake up!" said The Bus Driver.
"Oh yeah! I forgot to get off!" said Okabe as he sped off the bus.
"Huh. Where am I?" questioned Okabe. "Oh god, I think I'm lost."
(Okabe sees a kid his age battling nearby)
"Ah! Maybe I can ask them for directions." said Okabe. "Hey there! Can any of you tell me where the Kurenai Household is?"
"Kurenai Household? You mean the President's House, right? I'll tell you where, only if you beat me in a battle!" replied Fang.
"Alright. But wait, I gotta do something real quick!" said Okabe as he brang out the Creation Launcher and applied the level chip onto Owl.
"3,2,1, go... Shoot!"
(Owl and Forneus land in the stadium with Owl speeding around the ring and Forneus spinning in the middle)
"Owl, let your resonance flare up! End it with Open Swoop!" said Okabe.
"Awesome! Forneus, defend yourself!" said Fang.
(As Owl awakens and speeds in towards Forneus, a Beyblade comes out of nowhere right in between them. Bursting Forneus and throwing Owl into the clouds)
(Cackle) "KITSUNE, DESTROY THAT BEY AND FEED ON IT'S RESONANCE!" cried ???
"Grr... nobody talks to Owl that way! Use Nosedive!" replied Okabe.
(Owl crashes full force into Kitsune, sending a shockwave so powerful it cracks the stadium.)
"End this! Tailed Demise!" said ???
(Kitsune absorbs the attack and fires it back at Owl with double the power, breaking Owl clean in half)
"N-no way..." said Okabe.
(The unkown blader leaves as fast as he came)
"Ugh... are you ok dude?!" said Fang.
"I am, but Owl isn't." replied Okabe.
"I feel bad for you. The Kurenais live 5 city blocks that way, just in-case you still wanna know." said Fang.
"Thanks dude, hope we meet again." replied Okabe.
(Okabe knocks on the door)
"Hello? Who's there?" calls out a female voice.
(Sigh) "Just a random errand boy." replied Okabe.
"Oh, hello there! You must be the Gardener!" said Scarlet.
(The girl seemed to be multitasking, talking with another person on the Phone, cooking, and doing Laundry)
"Uh, do you need help?" said Okabe.

"This." replied Okabe as he took Cho-Z Spriggan out of his pocket.
"What the!? Isn't that my big bro's bey? Why do you have it?" questioned Scarlett.
"Chill out, your big brother told a friend of mine to give it back to you, and it ended up in my hands." answered Okabe.
"Ah. I'm pretty bored, so how about we battle?" said Scarlett.

Also, I'm gonna start a character contest that will end at Feb 15. 1st place is a main character, 2nd is a tournament appearance, and 3rd is a minor appearance.

The format should be similar to the character appearances I posted a while ago. You can change it up, but it should still tell us a lot about the character.
Here is how the BL system works:
Materialize Core: Pretty much just a DB core.
Outer Ring: A very rounded out version of a DB ring. They have the same tabs as a core disc so that their Accessory Blades fit on.
Accessory Blades: The things that differentiate BL layers from other BL layers. They can be anything from Bound Blades to Freespin parts.

Personality: Sean seems to be a normal popular kid at his school but under that mask is a twisted, evil, manipulative person. Sean uses his remarkable intelligence to manipulate people to do his dirty work to complete his goal which originally was innocent at first wanting to punish evil bladers who break other bladers beys. But due to the corruption from Shinigami Sean's personality was twisted from the innocent smart person he was to the cold calculative and manipulative person he is now. And with the corruption his goals changed from punishing the evil bladers who breaks peoples beys, to destroying evil bladers and the innocent who gets in his way, too now finally to become the god of the beyblade world. His entire plan though to get rid of evil bladers by destroying their beys comes from trauma he received after Lane broke his bey when Lane had First Uranus and after that Sean swore vengeance on Lane and the power to punish all evil bladers who break beys like Lane.

Blade: Rotten ( A left spinning black blade with two strong red metal attack points shaped similarly to Zwei.)

That's a pretty good character, but his Bio/Personality section is kinda off with my story's terms since Sparking never happens in this AU. Other than that, great job!
