Never (バー, Nebā) is a Performance Tips released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Dynamite Battle Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-181 Random Booster Vol. 25 on April 24th, 2021.
==Description==
Never features a sharp tip, which is free spinning, akin to MFB's Eternal Sharp, surrounded by a POM surface. In theory these features should give Never good stamina, while this is in fact true, it also causes Never to move aggressively when hard launched, which would waste its stamina, as well as risk getting knocked out easily due to the lack of traction on the stadium, though teh aforementioned gimmicks mitigate that.

Furthermore, while Never indeed has good stamina, it lacks a plate that most current stamina oriented tips such as Drift, Zone'+Z and even Eternal have, but it still possesses decent LAD, as such, it is more suited more for same spin-stamina combinations.
==Use in Stamina combinations==
Never can be used in the stamina combiantion Cyclone/Dynamite(F Gear) Valkyrie I/Belial I/Spriggan Over/Giga Never -0/6/10. Cyclone/Dynamite(F Gear) helps boost Never's stamina while the teeth of Belial I/Perseus/Spriggan and the bound gimmick of Valkyrie I reduces the burst risk of the combination. Giga/Over helps bolster Never's poor knockout resistance while the OWD granted by the armors helps maximise stamina potential.
==Overall==
While the lack of a free spin plate prevent Never from being top tier, its decent stamina can suffice for same spin combinations.

As such, never is not a must have but is a welcome addition to any blader's collection.

I would posit that Never's POM ring and the free-spinning tip do a great job of mitigating stamina loss when it gets into a more aggressive movement pattern after a hard launch.

Its LAD may not be top-tier, but it's certainly not bad, let alone poor.
