Guys, is Needforspeed right about Bel and Ranzo not being friends anymore???
[Image: valt-vs-shu-db.gif]I'm so hype for this episode. An amazing Valtryek evolution, and a sole 1v1 between Valt and Shu which we haven't had since Evolution. The attack animation with the changing of all of Valt's outfits looks so cool. I wish the episode was here already.
Sparking delivered with Valt vs Shu, though it happened to be a Team Battle, and they were just the last ones left. Now that we get a solo battle, I hope it's just as good as the previous ones, maybe even better.
I hope its a upgrade of their god battles going all out and leave everyone mesmerize and fire up by what they just did.
Instead of Valt vs Shu (which we pretty much know Valt will win) being the main highlight in my opinion the main thing that interests me is how will they execute Valt and this new valkyrie...is he just going to do it beat Rashad and Raphael or something greater than that like ending his legacy (retirement?). Not gonna lie, I like Shu but I really do not like how they made him disappear for months then just pops up like a pokemon randomly challenging valt. I get that he can relate to him since he broke his bey by pushing too far but don't you think he just got plotted in very randomly? Trust me if Bell would have battled Valt I would have been fine. All I can hope is that the battle is fair on Shu for his lack of screen time and is actually good not giving Valt too much plot armor already...

I'll be very clear Shu, Lui and Free were just introduced for Bell to get the 3 infinity stones for his gauntlet and then boom irrelevant. I am gonna be honest I genuinely forgot Shu is in this seriesđź’€. Long story short, I hope Valt battles Free and Lui (1 v 1) in the future if he is going to retire...especially beat Lui man why has he still not done this?
Just finished re watching Valt vs Shu during the district tournament, and it set my bar high. I hope it’s as good as it, and also make Valt have more humour like he did back in season 1 (becuz he became a hollow shell of his former self, same if they decide to bring back Aiger, Dante probably the only protagonist to keep his personality after a timeskip).
(Also Phi/Hyde are gofer by Ike’s VA inEnglish (Greg Chun) and Dio (Takehito Koyasu) in JP lol. Other coincidencal va casting:
Labán (Jeannie Tirado, va of Byleth F, EN)
Various Turbo characters (Casey Mongillo is the va of Goh’s cinderace)
Hae Jin(Xander Mobus, the SSb4/SSBu annoincer, The SSB hands, joker from P5, english for the last one))

Laban's Japanese VA voices Bell too.
Interestingly Yuu Kobayashi (Wakiya's Japanese VA) voiced Count Night in Turbo too which coincidently is one of the two seasons wakiya did not appear. Makes me wonder if she has some kind of contract with Beyblade Burst team
Anyway, am I the only one who thinks its kinda wierd both the Valkyrie and line Super Smash Bros. ended in the same year?

I find these coincidences funny, like imagine Phi having Ike's voice.
This battle has the potential to end up tying with episode 51 of Evolution for my beyblade battle.
Almost time for goodbye.... thank you Valkyrie for the memories you gave the fandom.....

Don't get too emotional, we still have 13 episodes left so enjoy it while it lasts.

If this ends up being the last Valtryek. Not final.
I think Burst needs to end, it had a great run. There's really not much more they can do now.

Only one more season at most. Burst is my favorite Beyblade gen. I just hope it ends on a good note.

I mean DB was not bad at all.

Yeah but they can do much better than that. I'm hoping we get another tournament like the God tournament next season to end it all off.

I agree that if there was another season there would only be one left. But DB sorta feels like the final season. Specifically only bringing in the main 4 legends who started and ended the first Gen/Era(Burst God), Ultimate Valkyrie(seemingly final Valkyrie) representing the legacy of burst with every gen from Single to DB, the main 4 legends beys are all holding details from past evolution's that make them feel final/perfect. plus if there was a season 7 wouldn't Valt and them be 17? DB is only a couple months so their still 15 so the next gen wouldn't come until a year or 2 since DB beys are still relatively new.

DB has been just ok to me. The beginning up to the DB was just alright and suffered from some serious plot progression issues. And the DB tour was just wack. It's only now in the back half of the season that's it's gotten better and even then this back half isn't without it's issues. I want the last season of Burst to be a truly incredible season.

The problem with db begining was the way Bell kept getting those dlc attachment for Belial. He loses one match against a legend boom he gets the dlc pack lol.

That was certainly part of the problem, but another issue was plot progression. They weren't progressing plot and character forward at the same time which slowed the pacing for a good while.

Agreed that the pacing was off and iffy in some areas but you also have to remember that the Anime events are based off and follow the manga. So the anime would have to keep in pace with the manga which is 1 chapter per month with the draw backs if also only having 10 minute episodes. But otherwise yea they dont really pace the story and its characters correctly even when they do have the time to do it.

Uh, no? Beyblade has never followed the manga, and DB is no exception either. DB's manga is way different from the anime, an example of this was when Rashad was introduced, (I believe) he punched a thief off his motorcycle and when Basara left for Rashad's side, Bell appeared to be more affected.

Thats the thing The anime only loostly follows the manga the endgame are the same but not the road to get their specially after s2. The change or put alot of stuff for the anime the db manga story doesnt have issues it was made clear Where it was going unlike the anime who was trying to build things a very different way

Yes it does. It doesn't follow it exactly no. But the main events and story it does follow pretty much its usually the same events but just different outcomes and variations since the anime has 1 episode a week compared to the manga which is 1 chapter a month. For example how did bell get the gears in the manga? Battling the legends and how did he do it in the anime? The same way just with slight variations here and there. Another example is how Valt did the same battles in the anime but just with single layer valkyrie instead if victory

Yes i understand that they are trying to build it up a different way yes but one of the main reasons is due to the anime moving faster than the manga. They over all have the same main events but take different ways to get there. The manga moves at a slower pace compared to the anime which is 1 episode every week compared to 1 chapter a month

Thats what every anime and manga does. When the anime catches up to the manga to fast they usually make side events so the manga can do its thing. Like bell gets the gears the exact same way as he does in the manga but they added the db tour to stretch out the episode limit and to let the manga catch up as well
