Pandora bursts harder than a C3, but Bell has a chance here. Remember that Bell has experience dealing with Fafnir and already knows quite a few of it's weaknesses. Fafnir doesn't exactly have the most offensive options, so Bell could Just go into high defense mode to reduce spin steal and potentially outspin Fafnir. as long as Bell doesn't trigger a Slow mo Burst or Kick Counter, he's good.
