Well, I was looking online at walmart and toys r us and i see these faceoff assortment packs.

How come the beyblade tops look different. The ones in the faceoff have this extra yellow plastic piece on top of it while the ones as singles don't?

Does it matter? And I also heard the faceoff pack doesn't use stickers but the top plastic piece is painted.

What's the difference?

Thanks

P.S/Edit

I found a picture of the rock leone. There are weird yellow pieces on top as shown below. What is up with it?

Oh and I found the storm pegasis one as well.

If you're talking about the Storm Pegasis and the Leone, then the yellow is painted on and the colour of the plastic is a lighter shade of blue and green.
Other than that it still uses stickers and is basically the exact same as the singles.
wrong place to post this. Honestly, this is a MARKET PLACE. Read the forum rules.

I'm not quite understanding sorry :p

What do you mean? Are those extra pieces on it or is it just painted a different colour instead?

It's not a piece, it's just for aesthetics.

if it's for aesthetics, what is it exactly? A plastic cover??? Or just another sticker? Or what Tired

does it affect anything? Is it tournament legal?

Sorry for loads of questions, new here Unhappy
Yo, the Wheel is painted. No sticker, no plastic cover. I am not even sure you could scratch the paint totally off. This is really not difficult to understand; people have been answering you nicely and clearly.

If you do not like the "aesthetics", then you just buy another Beyblade, or put any other Clear Wheel on it. They are compatible, and most of the time they do not necessarily make a difference, so you just use a Clear Wheel of a colour you like.

And of course it is legal for organised play. If you read our rulebooks, you would find that out, and if you meant "official tournaments", then Hasbro would not purposely release regular Beyblades that people cannot use in tournaments ...

Finally, this is not in the right place because, first of all, you do not need to make an entirely new topic for questions like this : this message board has years in its life, so you could guess that we have a thread dedicated to short questions like this one. Secondly, you are not asking for a purchase consultation : you wish to know about the "identity", the details of a product. That would belong in the "Ask a question, get an answer!" topic, or sometimes you can find the answer by yourself too.
