Where can I find the official WBO tournament formats? Was thinking of organizing an event but don’t know what exactly I can run.

So I’m not understanding I guess. When I clicked the Plastic format, it didn’t specify what constitutes as a plastic Beyblade, or where the range from series a to series b is. I was wondering if I could hold a Hasbro Pro Series only format but I’m
Not sure if that’s allowed or what formats there are.

Plastics are beyblades that were released in the early 2000's

So is this Takara Tomy tournies only or?
