Burn (バーン, Bān) is a Ring released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst System as well as the Superking Layer System. It debuted in Japan with the release of the B-174 Beyblade Limit Break DX Set on November 14th, 2020.

==Description==
Burn is a rather thick ring, being as thick as most ring and chassis combinations. It features 4 blades that can extend outwards.

In theory, as part of the Limit break system, if the tabs on Cho, Ou or Kou flick a switch on the layer's underside after the layer is close to bursting, the 4 blades can deliver a powerful attack on the opponent. While this gimmick works as intended, it has some downsides.

Firstly, Burn has a recoil inducing square shape that gives it poor burst resistance, which is moderately high teeth can't handle, even on Dash drivers. This is worsened when the blades extends, which gives it an extended hurtbox.

Secondly, the wings causes Burn's stamina to deplete quickly, which mean Burn is liable to being outspun easily.

As a result, Burn is recommended to be paired up with Kou or Ou to extends the time it spends before transforming.
==Overall==
Burn is a glass cannon of a layer, able to deliver powerful attacks without being able to handle its own recoil. While not generally recommended over less fargile parts such as Rage, it does have its niches.

As a result, Burn is is not a must have but is instead a welcome addition to a blader's collection.
Sorry for the spam.. Here's the draft I wanted to post:
Burn is a thick ring with 4 spring loaded blades that can be extended. Like other Limit Break rings, it has 2 tabs the protrusions of Cho/Ou/Kou can activate.

In theory the tabs cause Burn's 4 wings to extend and deal a powerful attack. While this gimmick works, it severely reduces Burn's stamina and Burst resistance as a trade-off due to its extended hurtbox and off balance nature. As a result, dash drivers and Kou/Ou are needed to extend the time befire its transformation and reduce its burst risk.
Overall
While Burn can deliver powerful hits, its poor burst resistance and stamina after transforming holds it back from outclassing Rage and even its predecessor Super in Attack combinations, while being harder to uses on other combinations.

As such, Burn is not a must have but is instead a welcome addition to a blader's collection.
