Edited-in note: This is a joke/meme fic based on a WBO server running joke. There is no actual “anime” of some sort, the title itself is named after the server inside joke where people want a WBO anime. Thus, heres this mess of a story.

Although the story references many Discord inside jokes, please do not apply this fictional story with reality. Depictions of actual users in this story are not based on my opinions — just because a character is a villain does not mean they are bad in reality. Many plot points in the fanfic do not hint towards any real life motives.

This post received a makeover on August 9, 2021. Content may be different from when it was originally posted. The story ends on page 10 of this thread. The side arc/bonus story, The Sword of Creation, starts on page 11. Due to technical difficulties, I currently do not have a chapter list.

Summary

The anime that has been teased on the WBO server for so long is now live! Half based on inside jokes and half based on worst anime tropes possible, the story follows the lives of WBO users. A recently-banned user named A casts revenge on the WBO for driving him away... but some users won’t sit around and let him. Starting with an awkward female named BurningSands, she soon encourages everyone to fight against A’s evil.

Only, it seems that not every user is who they seem to be. A might just be more than an annoying user, and other users might not be “normal.” Will the WBO collapse from all the trolling and terror, or will everyone unite to save their home?

Find out in this script-styled fanfic! Sands wanted to write in script form as to be ironic — she hates reading scripts to begin with.

As in, act according to your personality. Ill try my best to make sure you dont act the way you usually wouldnt. I dont think its going to be a problem since this is a joke fic, but I wouldnt want to make you act in a way you normally wouldnt

Its not even Beyblade related and I'm already in love, pretty amazing so far. I also just love how im portrayed, its just weirdly too perfect.

It was a cold, yet ordinary day in the WBO a while back. Not a lot went on that time — just the site chilling. The forums half of the place was full of productivity and booming with business. The Discord half of the place was chatty and laughing like usual, with all their fun.

 And it is Discord part of the community we focus on. And the day went on as usual. There was this user named Sands, talking to a new user named Suspicious. She was leading the guy through the community and whatnot.

Suspicious (looking bored, as if he knew this place already): Okay.

BurningSands: Good. You probably won’t have a hard time fitting in. New users are generally weirded out by people who make the place bad. You know, sus people. 

DreamBlade (noticing Sands coming through): Hi.

BurningSands (stops, then changes direction): Hey Dream! … (lowering her voice to Suspicious) That’s Dream. The WBO is usually normal, but it’s him who usually makes the place cursed. The place is chaos now! I think he’s number one on anyone’s sussy list. 

Suspicious: Hmm I see.

BurningSands: Glad you can handle the truth. Usually people are weirded out by Dream, it kinda deters them from enjoying the WBO.

Suspicious: It’s alright lol.

And so they continued their tour of the WBO’s Discord side of the place. Some users stared as the two continued to go from block to block. Some users even had a look of… for the lack of a better word, suspicion, on their faces. Suspicious looks, uh, familiar? 

BurningSands (noticing two users): Oh hey, those are Delta and Cheeto. Some users I know who look at the forums sometimes. They’re good people.

DeltaZakuro (waving): And definitely not cursed.

CheetoBlader (with some smug): And definitely not like the WBO kids…

BurningSands (with binoculars she magically pulled out of her pockets): And somewhere in the distance, you can see BusyBlader and Longinox. In my opinion, they’re kinda mid-tier sus users. Which is good! Because we have people who are worse.

Suspicious: Seems like it.

BurningSands: Hold up, you act as if you have been here before. Lurked around the WBO as a guest maybe?

Suspicious (with a debating look on his face, as if holding back a truth): No. (Quietly) I’m A. Don’t tell anyone please.

BurningSands: WAIT YOU’RE A??

Everyone nearby stopped what they were doing, opened up their window or turned their heads or dropped their Beys; and then stared at the two users.

Suspicious: I hate you. Lmao.

BurningSands: We do a little bit of tomfoolery okay! Besides, it wasn’t like anyone heard you...

ZionandBirddo: No way, A came back with an alt? 

Cindercast (looking out the window and shouting): I knew this new user was kinda sus.

Random user: The name gave it away to be honest.

Suspicious (flaring up): I hate you Sands!

BurningSands (grimacing): Suspicious… With a name like that, I should’ve known it was A! Maybe if your name was EdgyBlader123, I wouldn’t have guessed.

Suspicious: I’m leaving lmao. Bye (runs away).

And thus, kickstarted what would be called the A Crisis… The big villain A was banned a long time ago for his nasty attitude on the WBO. Many users were annoyed and miffed. They wanted A gone, for he was too suspicious. But then, he came back as a user named Suspicious!

The WBO staff will handle that alt account soon. But the question remains: Is A trying to get revenge on the WBO with multiple alt accounts? And who else might be A in disguise?

The WBO Discord sussing inside jokes are, as the name implies, just jokes so apologies if it came off as suspicious to non-Discorders. Lol. It kinda makes up for the server’s higher maturity — I like the WBO Discord server better than the site because theres a lot more maturity and productivity there, while the inside jokes actually have meaning instead of the spam on the forums /lh

When we do our occasional “x is sus” moment, its usually Pixi and Dream we sus out. Because theyre just that funny :p Its pretty fun to catch people sending a message and then deleting them when they dont think anyone saw it
