i have a blade design that i want to know if it would be a better attack type or defence type ar so please answer. and here it is:    

it is a driger ms ar that is cut along the lines and a strata dragoon ms ar with holes drilled into it with the pieces attached to the s.d. ms ar for the ultimate defence or attack type ar.

No modifications, with few exeptions, are allowed in WBO tournaments. But cool idea, if you wanna tear up a perfectly good AR.

this is not legal in any sense of the word at all, did you even read the rulebook?

That's...uhm....that's made very clear in the rulebook. I mean, theres a section on what mods are legal and what is not. So, read it again I suppose.
