Why can't the WBO be active in Singapore?

I mean like, I saw hundreds of Beys in the shopping centre, went to the toilet, ate my lunch and only half of the beys are left. Went to the library to read some books, come back again, its OUT OF STOCKS. Beys are really popular in SG, just hoping WBO will organise tournaments there, b'cos Im beyblading too [:
Again, it's not up to the WBO, it's up to the Singaporean members.
The World Beyblade Organization is its members, nothing else.

Look at the topic for Singapore in the WBO General forum, and try to organise something.
