well I am not sure but a potential counter would be Sr.0C/G/S.Ds in the opposite spin. I would say Fafnir but Sr can spin left.

i tested 20x, alternating launches, MGC mG.0B.yielding won 16 times with survivor finish, zero bursts and 4 knockout losses

Part of the reason we unbanned Maximum Garuda was to create a counter to Destroy, which was extremely powerful before mG was unbanned and before we banned mode changes for Spriggan Requiem. Before those changes were made, there was literally no reliable counters.

From my experience, stock Sr can beat dF on Orbit.
