I am a casual anime watcher revisiting some old hobbies.  I noticed some JP plastic beys bits have extended area for 2 numbers on the sides. What are these numbers for?

Hm I think they were always interpreted as random. I doubt they are actual production numbers or anything. Perhaps just to look 'cool' hah.
