[Answered]  Why is the world tour age limit up to 13 years old?

Even though I liked the world tour, it system was horrible because it alienated some people who are older than 13 and still play beyblade. If I announced the world tour I would make a separate league for older people who still like beyblade. I'm 13 right now but missed the world tour. But I'm turning 14 next year. So why? Why can't people who are like 14 or at least 30 couldn't participate?
Teenagers are stronger than kids and would have an unfair advantage. All kids from 8-12 are relatively the same strength, and they do not want to complicate it by adding age divisions, especially because Burst is targeted at children. As a result, not many teenagers actually play the game, so it would be counterproductive to include a division specifically for them. However, in Japan, it is targeted at slightly elder kids, and the culture is slightly more mature there, so older people are free to enjoy it.
