Specific info for those that get confused easily:

When: July 4th, midday till whenever people need to leave by.

Where: Regent's Park in Central London. Meet at the Ready Money Drinking Fountain because it's easy to find but shouldn't be majorly crowded. From there we can scout out a nice spot to battle.
Map of Regent's Park: http://www.royalparks.org.uk/docs/park_m...ts_map.pdf

What: Was supposed to be more of a meet and greet thing, but seeing as it looks like a load of people will turn up, we're having a MFB format tourney. Most likely BRR. There won't be any prizes though, just Faces and, uh, glory and respect and such. >.>

Either bring a packed lunch or some money for one of the cafés near by. We'll probably get some drinks later on (hopefully it'll be a nice hot day). Maybe even ice-cream. Eee

Assuming this doesn't get cancelled or postponed, I'll put up my number closer to the time. I can also put up instructions, travel help, etc, if necessary.

I don't think anything else needs to be said. Questions can be posted here or asked in PMs. I know it's near impossible for the UK lot but it'd be nice if we could keep the meaningless chatter in this thread to a minimum? Please? :X

Thanks for the awesome graphics theflightyellz!

Just in case anyone was wondering, the passport/charge rules are coming into affect immediately. This means that if you want to compete then you will have to pay a charge. For us UK bladers it's only £3 so I think you can manage. Alternatively, you could purchase a Blader Passport. You can buy them online beforehand or at the event if you're not sure how much you'll use it, etc. If for some reason you have major issues with this then hit me up a PM. :3

Also, there will be some sort of penalty if you say you turn up and then don't so don't risk it okay? If you're in the 'definites' list and you're not sure if you can come, change to the 'possibles'.

For those of you who wish to buy beyblades at the event, please see this thread: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Anyone-s...mmer-smash
Also this post specifically if you wish to buy direct from theintoy at the event (yes that means MFB): http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Anyone-s...#pid163192

It just goes to show you that there are a lot of us out there that still like Beyblade. Smile
I want to challange with all bladers when ı arrive there I m ready to challange every battle
Nice. I'll be coming.

Perhaps you could have a list of confirmed members again in the first post?
I was going off of the poll seeing as it's public but as some people have now confirmed themselves, I guess that is an appropriate action. :3
Put me down as definate. I can't find any viable reason that I won't be able to turn up. MOT shouldn't be too costly and my Tax will only cost me £125 =D.

Don't forget that they have to be registered for the WBO to go to the tournament.
...Are we bringing a laptop to this tourney? I could bring mine but it only has 2:40 battery life D:

Isn't this event at a park? I doubt there would be an internet connection unless there is a building nearby or something.
Don't think we would have a laptop, the intention of this tourney was just to get people who are already on the WBO to come, not to really attract new members. You will just need to get them to sign up before they come.
Blah, I need to update or something. Although it is quite possible, I have no real intention of bringing a laptop as this isn't an event aimed at bringing new members in. Drigers cousins and other non-members can register from their homes, there's no reason for them to do otherwise. If someone really needs to register at the event then they can just use a mobile phone.

If you're bringing friends please make them aware that they'll have to pay the entrance fee or be prepared to pay for them.

I'm going out now, I might have more to say when I get back, I can't even remember what I was thinking before because my mums shouting at me. =_=
I think i might come or not so can you put me on the Possibles list.
If someone isn't registered and cannot register before entering the tournament, simply get their e-mail address and an account can be made for them later.

Just like we did for the spinoff.

I don't know if my friend will be entering the tourny, she just said she might just watch me so I don't thibk so but we will see what happens on the day. Watching me lose isn't much fun though. XD
sorry dude wish i could come but dodn't live down there

That was an irrelevant post, of coarse you can't make it if your from Sydney and that goes to all the other people outside the UK unless your coming here on a holiday and you want to go to the summer smash.

Nice update. Never knew we had a calendar. XD
lol someone listened to me, thanks Aqua xD
Why would'nt people listen to you and anyways i thought types of events such as spinoff or summer smash etc were already added.

Well you can't expect Brad to do everything, can you?
