HPT6 will be Standard Format, as it always has been.
[Toronto, Ontario, Canada] General Tournament Interest Seeking
scott, what date do you think it will be on, because i'd love to come to those ternaments, and i vote for HPT6+HMS

Woot, more Standard Format! I take it Zero-G should be revived after the two events that day, no?
As for the dates, I personally think either the Sunday of the 6th or the 13th would be good, for two reasons. From what I know, tournaments on Saturdays haven't been preferable by other active Toronto bladers, including me. If I could recall, Kei also told me that Jesse might be busy throughout the weekend of the 19th and 20th, as well.
Just by the way, HMS & Plastics Remembrance Day is on July 19th and 20th this year.

I asked Pockyx3 and he said he wanted to do HMS as well, so it looks like that's what we're gonna go with. So, it's going to be HMS' NOT DEAD 3 and HIGH PARK THROWDOWN 6 on July 20th. Thread should be up sometime in the next few days!
Just out of curiosity, is there a chance that you'd still need any prizes for the next two upcoming events, or would you still have a whole lot of them from Nelvana's donation at Anime North? My local Dollarama just got in plenty of new Beywarriors and Electro Tops from Metal Fusion, so I wouldn't mind making a couple purchases towards them for prizes (or more random draws).
Cool, I'd love to take part in HMS tournament, though I'm not competitive in the format whatsoever, hah. I'll probably just play for fun with my Wolborg MS, and probably end up losing the majority of my battles, lol. I'm glad to see it's a Sunday, as well. I would of actually been screwed if it was a Saturday like a couple of the previous events. I found it to be quite funny that it's on July 20th again, since that was the same date as HPT5 last year, haha.
On a completely different note, I actually love what LMAO did in his signature, promoting tournaments here in Toronto. I think I'll end up doing the same thing too!

We're still good for the next few tournaments, but thanks anyways!
It's still 3 because we didn't have enough participants last year. As your only HMS Beyblade, I'd be pretty confident with a Wolborg MS haha.
Hey, Toronto Bladers! I plan on hosting a Limited Format event on November 16th, titled The Leaves have Fallen and Frost Approaches, with the inspiration of Kazuto's original idea. If you plan on either possibly attending or going, please state it here! Anyhow, I'll get two lists going:
Confirmed Attendees:
~ Shido
~ Kei
Possible Attendees:
~ Kazuto

So you're still going to host two tournaments? It's really hard to stay out that long especially since the sun sets at like 5. Our regular tournaments end at like 4 so I'm not sure how were supposed to do two tournaments. Also, I'd rather come to a tournament the week after since the 16th is too close to our last tournament.
Ill be there but only for one tourney if there will be two

Nope, only one, being a Limited Format event.
Put me as possible, I'll have to butter up my mom to get her to drive me...

I am possible
Hey out of curiosity,if i wanted to host (but not judge) would that be possible? also I'm think of hosting it at my school,we've got really big rooms like the instruction room...I don't know doe
Shido, if you have time can you try PMing a bunch of the Toronto members about this? Just to make sure they know we're talking about it here.
And yeah, I think the days are a bit too short (and soon to be cold) now to be doing two tournaments in one day.
I guess technically ...? You would obviously need other competent judges to help you out, though.

Kazuto Wrote:I have ADD and a tad bit of Dyslexia so i can't do division well
From what I know being a host and sending in results, no division, whatsoever, is required. Addition however is needed to tally up users' overall tournament scores, also determining how many credits they'd receive.
Just a note to everyone: Anime North Tickets are on sale now. Weekend passes are on sale now. Go ahead and get one. If you decide to not go to AN you can get a refund or resale them.
