If you are deciding to take Beyblade competitively, then I would recommend you get both Dark Bull H145SD and Flame Sagittario C145S (together with Earth Eagle 145WD, of course).

Dark Bull H145SD comes with a two useful parts. Bull is a Top-Tier Clear Wheel/Energy Ring for both Defense and Stamina combos and SD is a Top-Tier Bottom/Performance Tip for Stamina as well.

Flame Sagittario C145S is not as useful overall. However, C145 is a Top-Tier Track for Defense while Flame is also a decent Stamina Wheel.

You might also want to purchase a Rock Leone 145WB for the WB Bottom/Performance Tip (which Top-Tier for Defense) and some Metal Faces.
If you only have access Hasbro products near you, then Metal Faces are only available through buying the Beyblade DS and Wii games. But then, it's probably cheaper to order a pack of Metal Faces (Takara Tomy) online.

Anyway, out of those Beys and Metal Faces you could make:
MF Earth Bull C145WB (Top-Tier Defense combo)
Earth Bull 145 WD/SD (Top-Tier Stamina combo)
Flame _____ 145 WD/SD (Decent/good Stamina combo. Can be used in place of Earth Bull 145 WD/SD if the Earth Wheel is used on something else already.

Ray Unicorno has more useful parts.

One thing you didn't mention, if he already has a Ray Gil, hes getting it purely for a CS, then Galaxy Pegasis would SEEM the better choice.

IMO I suggest ebay UK. You'd have a better chance of selling a Wolborg MS there, especially with a price like that.
On the other hand, on WBO (I don't know much about plastic beys but (maybe)) a lot of people might be looking for those beys.


BTW does anyone know how much I could sell for the ff?:
