It’s another $3.00 ( ¥ 300) for ZM fee, $3.00 ( ¥ 300) for domestic shipping and $5.40 ( ¥ 590) international shipping. 

So total $25.63 + $11.40 = $37.03
 
This bid is still ongoing so it may end up a few bucks more but at this time it’s got zero bids. The one I got was about $2 more.
