It looks pretty cool. My only criticism is that it looks a bit too much like U2. That being said, you definitely are good with 3D modeling.

It looks very good but i agree with Cirrus Ninja about it looking to similar to U2, maybe try making the horn metal and making the whole thing thicker, similar to Bushin Ashura but with horn
