Standing carp Ovation
Guys, you really don't know yet, these wheels could actually be better than the originals, and I'm really interested to see what they do with phantom and duo.
We all know it's a really weird and probably very poor decision, we've had three pages of it. But, you're really not adding anything to the conversation by complaining at this point. Now, you should all try to make the best of it that you can, if you are limited to Hasbro beys.
Well, I see the optimism in your post there, and an upgrade to the performance of the Hasbro counterparts of 4D parts may really cheer me up. But at the same time, I liked 4D only for the Mode Changes. I never really cared about their competitiveness, you know... (Its a different thing that I'd still like to have a TH170, but that too, is not because how competitive it is, its because I love that color, and I also have never owned a height changing track. I know CH120 is obtainable, and also useful, but I do not want to invest into a faulty track, you know. Not to mention that the color is awful...)
As it is we are only able to get one tournament a year. I really wanted to get those 4Ds, and atm, 4D beys seem to hold more value for me than any rare HMS or Plastic bey...
Not to mention that most of the ebayers would get their prices up for these TT 4Ds...
It is also true that there is no point in cribbing, as what is lost, is lost.
Hasbro might have had a reason for this, but of course we don't know what 'tis.
For some reason I actually think that the packaging is to blame.
Dumb thought, but I still think that Hasbro was too lazy to have a new design of their packaging to accommodate the 4D bottoms, and just resorted to replacing them with the conventional tips and tracks, so that they need not make new packages...
I would have still lived without 4D bottoms, but Mode Change-less Metal Wheels is seriously disheartening...
Atm, I just want to persuade
someone to get me a PayPal account so that I can get the 4Ds.
Clonetos- I thought about that too, but the Cons outshine the Pros by a HUGE HUGE HUGE margin. So, I really don't care about the pros...
