Considering the fact that all of those scans were released ages ago around the time of Final Fantasy VII's anniversary and the PS3 tech demo that featured Final Fantasy VII, this guy has absolutely zero proof of this what so ever.
There hasn't been an official statement, and no news or information from any other well known or reputable gaming blogs.
In basic terms, this is bullcarp.
