Sands quickly returned to the WBO, hoping to spread as much info as she could. Unfortunately, due to the heat of the moment, she was unable to take any screenshots of the Forbidden Beyblade server. It didn’t help that she took the “no snitching” rule (via screenshots) too seriously, so now she had to hope that someone believes her.
Would anyone believe that A was not a human? How will she contact staff without appropriate evidence? And can she try to spread the word without getting pulled over?
So she spent the day trying to whisper and quietly spread the news to users.
BurningSands (standing awkwardly in the middle of the Discord server): Um, I have news. A is going to come back!
Users stroll by her, already expecting the obvious. A coming back was not much of a surprise… obviously.
BurningSands: A’s not human, either. He’s this… black fog-looking thing. He has supernatural abilities so making alts and so many human forms is not a problem to him.
DeltaZakuro (looks down a little, as if skeptical): Hmm. I would believe you, Sands. But this sounds like a lot of information.
BurningSands: Delta, I’m really honest. Besides — (looks at Cheeto) Cheeto, you’re on the Forbidden Beyblade server, right? A and his goons are conspiring there, you have to go see it.
CheetoBlader: I avoided looking at that server for awhile now. I don’t want my eyes to be ruined, okay? Not when there were channels like, um…
DeltaZakuro (with a mildly-sure look in his eyes): Tell me more when you have something, Sands. Okay?
BurningSands: ...Fine.
Both Cheeto and Delta left the area. Sands proceeds to warn other users. Here’s a montage of how that went.
BurningSands: A is coming back soon. He blatantly said he wants revenge on us!
hex4: Hmm. (walks away, having no time to hear)
DreamBlade: That’s worrying.
BurningSands: You have access to the server. Go check it! It happened.
DreamBlade: I’ll see if I have time for that.
Random user: Tell a mod!
BurningSands: But I’m not sure if they will believe me. I didn’t take screenshots of A’s server in time.
Random user 2: I’m sorry, but this sounds like something that the Percy Jackson fandom might encounter instead. There’s no such thing as a person who is actually the embodiment of evil from Pandora’s jar, box, er… whatever mythological backstory A has.
Sands wasn’t sure if she had anyone to confide with. The users nearby didn’t know what to do either, so she was left to futilely tell the WBO server.
BurningSands: So no one is going to believe me until A comes and destroys us all?
GhostFox (walks by, having noticed Sands): Maybe you have mutuals from A’s server, who were there when A was online? Excuse me, I’m not really sure about this whole A Crisis thing. I’m only catching up.
BurningSands: Mutuals?
GhostFox: Yeah. Were there people from the WBO in A’s server? Anyone who saw you confront A?
BurningSands (feels so stupid): Oh… I should have known to ask for allies. Dang, that’s a good idea. (Looks up at the WBO server’s fresh sky, fearing that it will turn an ugly orange like A’s territory) Um, hey, in case I get banned or die or whatever: I want to thank you for giving me common sense.
GhostFox: You’re welcome I guess.
So Sands tried to find people from A’s server!
BurningSands (finds Cinder by the same Lucy building, which was under repair): Hey, Cinder. You heard what happened in A’s server, right? I sound crazy but I need a witness to warn others about A.
Cindercast (does an evil smirk for 0.01 second before smiling wide): Sorry, I don’t.
BurningSands: Recap — A is not human. He and his goons are planning to sabotage the WBO. They were planning mere hours ago.
Cindercast: Oh, I was there hours ago. But I didn’t see anything… are you sure that happened? I mean, what’s next? A dog uses the WBO? Are you feeling okay, Sands?
BurningSands (walks away): That’s alright, bye. And thanks for asking if I’m okay.
Sands soon finds Pixi.
BurningSands: Ugh… (grumbles under her breath) I hope it’s wise to team up with her. (To Pixi) Hey, Pixi? I wanted to ask if you wanted to help save the WBO with me. I need a witness to confirm my story that A really is a non-human being preparing to hurt us!
Pixi doesn’t answer, making Sands speak again.
BurningSands (remembers what Cinder said): Um, it happened, right? You were there and saw it. You saw A yell at me and then ban me, too.
Pixi (looks as if deciding whether to tell the truth or not. Then she looks normal again): No, I didn’t see anything.
BurningSands: I can’t be seeing things… Maybe A is twisting the universe and bending reality.
Pixi: Ok.
The only person left was Zion, who was good as far as Sands knew. She found the user reading just outside the General building.
BurningSands (finds Zion reading manga): Hey, Zion. You saw what A did to me, right.
ZionandBirddo (looks up): Well, yeah. It no doubt happened.
BurningSands: Because everyone I know who witnessed the event or were in the server uh — they acted like that never happened.
ZionandBirddo: That’s kinda concerning.
BurningSands: For a moment I thought I had to change my glasses.
ZionandBirddo: I know what happens in that server stays in that server, but I see why you’re concerned. The WBO is facing a threat like no other. I kinda had a feeling A wasn’t human, anyway.
BurningSands: For all we know, maybe A and his minions are going to attack right n—
Suddenly, three users — MysticZone, BladerB, and Galactic Floof — jumped out of the shadows. Zion and Sands watched as they were in the air, locking eyes with the WBO’s foes. The three users had launchers in hand, with an odd-looking Beyblade. And with a launch, the Beyblades struck the General building.
The Beys were like projectiles of some sort, and they exploded parts of the General building.
Obviously, this was an attack!
