well first global warming IS happening, second not everyone will die. the sea level will be raised considerably, and reduce the amount of land there is but there will still be places at high elevation that will remain safe. as well this'll happen over a number of years so as the water level does begin to rise it'll be possible to evacuate the coast lines.

going to mars will give us more information then how to live there. there are signs that mars may have at one point supported life and it is an orbit that supports this theory. the question is why is it no longer able to support life? if something could come along, wipe out all life on a planet it would be a good idea to figure out what it was so the same doesnt happen to earth
