[Buying]  Buying used or cheap beys

Hi I am buying some beys, I want them used because when they are new they can be very expensive, I dont want them broken pls

I don't think seller legitimately wants to buy these. Contacted him and he agreed to price, but shows no sign of wanting to actually spend the money required.
