Burst - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread

Beyblade Burst confirmed to have a season 4 et 5 (confirmed by Blader Ken at the World Championship).
season 4 and 5?? is this the longest series then??

I think it means kind of jacket and no sense as beyblade burst title

It should be noted that for the Wiki page they're going by the English names I.E. "List of Beyblade Burst Turbo episodes" meaning that "Beyblade Blazers" would be the name known everywhere else. I still don't trust it in the slightest considering how long it took to actually get "Beyblade Burst Turbo" announced.

S5 is gonna make the longest not S4 actually because of Zero G
Isn't Cho Z season4? Single Layer, Dual Layer, God, Cho Z

In that sense yes. But season wise there are 3- Dual, God and then Cho-Z since single layers never appeared in the anime. So Cho-Z is technically season 4 but anime wise season 3.
Cho-Z Layer System, it's considered the 4th system in Beyblade Burst generation, but it's part of the 3rd season of the anime.

So we have the following systems: Basic Layer, Dual Layer, God Layer, Cho-Z Layer.
And we have the following seasons in the anime: Beyblade Burst, Beyblade Burst God, Beyblade Burst Cho-Z.
And BTW, it might be off-topic, but I don’t think Single and Dual are really different. Neither the design or performance have been significantly improved when we got Dual layers (many Single layers were still competitive in the end of Dual layer season).
But what is interesting is, there seems to be a new generation in the Cho-Z season. Cho-Z Valkyrie, Cho-Z Spriggan and Cho-Z Achilles have some significant difference with other Cho-Z beys. I think those difference are even greater than the difference between Single and Dual seasons.
Although Basic and Dual Layer systems aren't that different, I agree with you here, TT seems to consider them different from one another, giving different names for each system. So I'm taking the official names here.

And just to be back on the topic here, I'm still hoping for some more compact, faster and more aggressive Beys for this new season. Smile
I have a theory. I saw something about someone saying slash Valkyrie was known as a balance type, they found that info at some copyright thing. My guess is that this system will be a combine type thing kind of like zero g. I hope not but it would be interesting.
because I have too much free time on my hands (and because my friends like to talk about beyblades)

I have noticed a few things that are odd with Cho-Z spriggan's release compared with achillies and valkyrie.

1: By default it comes in a customize set with 4 other beys- while this is value, it breaks the trend of spriggan getting its own separate releases with every iteration. A related point being that Shu, spriggan's user- is a fairly popular and significant character in the anime. Being released in the Cho-Z customize set mildly downplays spriggan's significance I think.

2: Spriggan's features do not allow it to be as strong as it could possibly be. A noticeable lack of rubber or metal in the layer (barring the inbuilt metal chip in the center) compared to its predecessor and the rest of the super-z line of beyblades. Additionally the inclusion of zeta' as a driver is a bit lackluster though an objective upgrade, the cho-z wing system "SHOULD" make driver burst resistance a moot point. achillies and valkyrie have both received new drivers with their evolutions showing that TT does in fact have more ideas in the pipeline but seem to be holding back.

some may argue that the immense size and weight of the Cho-Z trio layers already put game balance into question. But I would counter with TT not showing signs of being very receptive to keeping the balance of the game meta stable. in fact as a toy company focused on profit- making new beys and parts to make the older items obsolete, makes every form of sense for them.

3: the upcoming anime episode of Phi vs Shu. Due to the flow and trend set by the anime thus far- Phi is destined to be defeated by Aiga (because simple shonen toyetic anime plot armor) but before. I assume that Phi is going to be true to his self-professed title of the "god of destruction" and break the beys of all his opponents up until that point (unless TT pull a fast one on us). Given that- Cho-z spriggan WILL in fact lose in that episode due to afformentioned plot-armor. The question becomes whether or not it will be broken.

given these points- I have a suspicion that Takara Tomy may have further plans for spriggan and Cho-Z is not its 'final form'

Perhaps there could be a new form of Spriggan next season but since Dead Phoenix is the last chouzetsu layer system release there isn’t going to be any “final form” for spriggan anytime soon.
