After being defeated by Kai, Brooklyn went insane because he had never been beaten before. In his battle against Takao, he 'transported' all the beybladers to his own world, where he could do about anything. So, in his mind, he had dark wings.

I recall someone posting images of a Brooklyn cosplay + launcher once. I doubt it was functional.

Brooklyn's character is quite interesting to me, from the little airtime he got anyway. I can't help but think of him when I shoot a particularly strong shot at Archery.
