This is actually right but also wrong at the same time. Galaxy has the most aggressive part, but is too light weight to be considered the best/strongest Pegasus. In conclusion, Galaxy is outclassed by it’s next evolutions due to light weight and out performed by storm Pegasus due to low late game stamina. Galaxy was meh for it’s time and I guess still is.
Lets take for example Galaxy Nova we all know that this is Gingka's strongest move. It was implied if he used Galaxy Nova against Nemesis not only would beaten him but obliterate his bey completely

Who did you launch first, how many rounds, who won how many rounds, what stadium did you use, what launchers did you use. This testing seems invalid
I went up to 10 rounds and launched cyber pegasus first
Cyber Pegasus won 10 and Storm Pegasus won 7
well I meant I went up to 10 points. there were 17 rounds but it was first to 10 points
